How long does it take to ship my order?
All bracelets are made to order so while we strive to get your order out the door as quickly as possible, please allow for 1-2 weeks processing time in addition to shipping times.
Do you offer exchanges or returns?
We want you to love your bracelet! If for some reason it doesn’t fit we will gladly restring for you. Shipping charges will apply.
Because these are made to order, we unfortunately do not offer returns.
Please note, as these are natural stones, slight color variation does occur.
How do I know what wrist size I am?
Grab a fabric tape measure. Wrap this around your wrist and measure (if you don’t have a tape measure, grab a piece of string and measure that against a ruler). Round up to the nearest half size. For example, your wrist measures 6.25” - you would select a 6.5” bracelet size.
If you want a looser fit, order up to 1” bigger but please note, in time with natural wear, bracelets will stretch 1/8-1/4” on their own.
Do you offer custom sizes or orders?
Absolutely! We are more than happy to work with you on a custom order or create a bracelet in a size not listed on our site. Please use the contact form on this page or email alignbracelets@gmail.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
